      <description><![CDATA[In 1988 Henry Haller (then the Chef at the White House) appeared on an afternoon talk show. His recipe he made was Ronald Reagan's Favorite Brownies!  I wrote down what looked like the amounts he was using of the ingredients and made my first pan of the most amazing brownies I have ever eaten!  We made a batch nearly every other day.]]></description>
