<![CDATA[Spaetzle, this recipe is so light and airy. Spaetzles are made either cutting dough off a cutting board, dropping spoonfuls into boiling water or soup, Or they sell graters and spaetzle makers. I have done all the ways. Depends on time and how your in the mood for them. Dropping off the teaspoon makes them little bigger, cutting off the board depend on thickness. They sell a grater for spaetzles and it is medium size dumplings, I have a press that makes super thin spaetzles. My entire family loves these. My mom is german. This is different how she makes hers. She does not use a recipe. I often don't. But I have been using this one. I love spaetzles with porketta is how i use it alot. Or saurbraten. Anyway is delicious, with or without juice/gravy.

My real recipe that I grew up with is so extensive when we make Stuffed Cabbage. We make 6 pounds of ground meat with 1 pound rice and 4 heads of cabbage. This is a great fast recipe for when you crave Stuffed Cabbage in a hurry. ]]>

<![CDATA[This is an incredible pie! It makes a large pie. The flavors are incredible and the crunchy top just adds to it. The cream in it surprisingly does not make it a creamy filling. It is still saucy like a regular apple pie. Just looks more like caramel actually and tastes like caramel. I make this for my Thanksgiving table every year. I use to make it for my children’s teachers on Thanksgiving to add to their table. It is just an amazing pie. Enjoy. ]]>
