      <description><![CDATA[Tex Mex shepards pie
This is a tex mex twist to an olde english favorite
1# Ground beef
.5 # mexican chorizo, out of casing(if you can get it with no casing even better)
2c Mashed potatoes(see recipe below)
2c Mixed vegetables, mexican mix(corn, peppers,etc),frozen or fresh only
1c shredded cheese, cheddar jack mix or pepper jack
1 green pepper, Julienne
2 stalks Scallions,chopped fine
