I am an avid recipe collector with a huge cookbook library and I actually use them as well. I come from a background of 7 nationalities so my background is broad in cooking and I learned from the best of them. I have always had a passion for cooking since my earliest years. I will take a recipe and compare it to as many versions of the same one to find the best of the best. Yet some recipes will be simply simple as well. Anything you might be looking for feel free to ask. Many of my recipes may have started out to be mine but over time I have compared them to 40 or 50 others and found the best of the lot. Sadly over time I have also found some fast cooking recipes as well. Feel free to email me with any questions about anything I will be glad to help you. I noticed my recipes are becoming quick fixes sadly but we all seem to be in a hurry. I think it is more I am in a rush in posting. So if there is anything you are looking for please ask. A lot of my recipes are detailed and I am too lazy to post them. So I try to keep them short and sweet.
I am posting here so all my family can find some of our recipes that are our favorites. I love you all. My daughter and my Godbaby who are cooking can now find them all in one place and not keep losing them!
