Back when I was a vegetarian in the early 90s, I used and coveted
the "Moosewood Cookbook" by Mollie Katzen. Recently I have
rediscovered it through a friend, and have decided to cook my way through her 26
(hot) soups. Here are the rules to my endeavor:1) I will follow the directions exactly, except regarding garlic, and do my best to decipher what Mollie means by "kettle."
2) This will be done in 4 weeks, in no particular order, and based upon what is in the fridge at the moment.
