EASY CORN CASSEROLE
1/4 cup egg substitue,
1/4 c reduced calorie stick margarine (melted),
1 each 8 3/4 oz. can no salt added whole kernel corn (drained)
& no salt added cream style corn,
1-8 1/2 oz. package corn muffin mix,
1-8 oz. plain fat free yogurt.

Heat oven to 350. Spray 8x8 dish. Combine all ingredients,
stir well. Pour into dish. Bake for 45 min. or until set.
