Peach Schappsicles

1-1.2 cups/375 mL peeled pitted fresh or frozen peaches
1/3 cup/75 mL peach schapps
1/4 cup/60 mL lemon juice
2 T sugar

In blender, puree together peaches, schnapps, lemon juice, sugar and 1/4 cup/60 mL water, ensuring
sugar is thorughly dissolved.
Pour into moulds, insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.

Makes 8 schappsicles
