Strawberry Daiquiri Popsicles

3 cups/750 mL hulled strawberries
1/3 cup/75 mL rum
1/4 cup/60 mL sugar
3 T lime juice

In blender, puree together strawberries, rum, sugar, lime juice and 1/4 cup/60 mL water, ensuring sugar is thoroughly dissolved; pour into moulds, insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
