Refried Beans

Refried Beans

1kg (approx. 2 pounds) cooked beans (brown or black) I may try pinto
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 large white onion chopped
One cube of chicken stock
Salt to taste

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil, and add the onion first, followed directly by the beans. Stir and crush mixture until smooth, and add the chicken stock or cube, and a pinch of salt to taste.
