Balsamic Dressing
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Basil, chopped
A splash of water
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 cups Olive Oil
Method:
Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, in a blender. Blend, Slowly add olive oil to
emulsify. When the mixture becomes too thick to blend add a splash of water and
continue to slowly add the olive oil Season to taste.
