Grilled Honey Balsamic Salmon

• 1-½ tablespoons honey
• 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 ( 6 oz.) Salmon fillets
• Cooking spray

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish. Coat grill with cooking spray; heat grill to medium-high. Place fish on rack, skin side down and grill, covered, 4-5 minutes or until flakes easily when tested with fork; basting frequently. Serve immediately
Don't cook the salmon dry! Unless you like it that way.
