Kugal my way!

KUGAL

350 BAKE FOR 1 HOUR
YUMMMMM!

1 POUND MEDIUM EGG NOODLES COOKED DO NOT RINSE!
¼ POUND SWEET BUTTER
1 CUP SUGAR
6 EGGS BEATEN
2 C. WHOLE MILK
1 TSP VANILLA
1 POUND CREAMED COTTAGE CHEESE
15 OZ CRUSHED PINEAPPLE DRAINED
¼ RAISENS

COOK NOODLES, DO NOT RINSE. IN LARGE BOWL PLACE NOODLES ADD BUTTER AND SUGAR. WISK TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, VANLLA, CHEESE, PINEAPPLE, RAISINS. POUR OVER NOODLES, MIX. POUR INTO 9 X 13 BUTTERED DISH.
SPRINKLE CINNAMON

EAT HOT OR COLD

I sometimes use 3 cups milk to make it more custard in the kugal.

I LIKE TO EAT WITH EXTRA SOUR CREAM AND SUGAR ON TOP.
