Vermouth Burgers

Ground chuck
Fresh ground garlic to taste
Make into patties

Place in none re active container to marinate
Pour vermouth over all the burgers
Let marinate at least 8 hours or overnight.

These are very juicey!

I like to ground my own chuck

Grill to liking.
