Pizza, the home made kind

1 pkg pizza crust mix, or you could make your dough from scratch
1 1/2 pounds of Graziano sausage (this is a local company who makes great italian sausage) any Italian sausage will do.
1 pound chunk of mozzarella, cubed
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 can water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
green pepper, diced

Preheat oven to 450*
Brown sausage. Add tomato paste, sauce, water, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and green pepper. Simmer while preparing the pizza dough. Divide dough into two (if using pre packaged)

Roll into two round pizza pans that have greased.
Put 1/4 pound of cheese on each dough.
Add the sauce mixture, 1/2 to each pizza.
Add any extra toppings you wish.
Add the rest of the cheese to the pizzas.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cut and eat ( I like to cut it into squares)
