Chocolate Drizzle Bars

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup orange juice
sugar substitute equivalient to 3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp double- acting baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 ounce of bakers chocolate, low calarie or you can make a glaze from 1 ounce coca powder. Most packages have a recipe on them. It may however change the calorie count.

Preheat oven to 375* grease a 9x13 . In a large bowl with a wooden spoon, combine all ingredients, except chocolate, until well mixed.
Spread evenly into the pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over the bars; cool slightly and then cut into bars. store bars in an air tight container. Makes 4 dozen.
Excanges for 2 bars= 1/2 bread and 1 fat.
50 calories per bar.

These are also very good used as a crumble topping for ice cream.
