Pumpkin Pie Filling

1 1/2 Cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp cinnamon
4 lg eggs
1 29oz Can libbys 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 12 oz Cans Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 Unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells

Mix Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, pumpkin spice in small bowl
Beat eggs in large bowl
stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture
gradualy stir in evaporated milk
Pour into pie shells
Before putting pie in oven sprinkle cinnamon ontop of pies

bake in oven for 15 min
Reduce temperature to 350
bake 40-50 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean
