Buckeyes

You will need:
1 1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 Cup Soft Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6 Cups of Powdered Sugar
4 Cups of Choc. Chips
Wax Paper Covered Cookie Sheet
Tooth Picks


Mix Peanut Butter, Butter, Vanilla, and Powdered Sugar
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a Wax Paper covered Cookie Sheet
Press toothpick into each ball
Freeze until firm, about 30 min
Melt Choc. Chips, stir frequently until smooth
Dip Peanutbutter Balls into melted chocolate holding tooth picks
Put back on cookie sheet and refrigerate till serving
