Splenda Brown Sugar Gooeys

1/4 c. butter 1 c. packed light brown Splenda sugar 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tspn baking powder 1/2 tspn vanilla extract 1/4 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In small saucepan, melt the butter. Turn off heat, add the brown sugar & stir until smooth. Stir in egg. Stir together the flour & baking powder, stir into the brown sugar mixture. Stir in the vanilla and pecans. Pour batter into pan. Bake 20 minutes. Enjoy! icon_biggrin icon_wink
