Barbecue Ranch Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

6 pounds Ground beef
1 (3.4 oz. pkg.) Dry Hidden Valley
Original Ranch Dressing Mix
2 cups Prepared Hidden Valley
Original Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce
2 dozen Provolone slices
4 dozen Bacon strips, cooked crisp
2 Whole hamburger buns, split
2 dozen Green leaf lettuce leaves
4 dozen Tomato slices
2 dozen Red onion slices

Directions:

1. In large bowl combine beef and Dry Hidden Valley Origional Ranch Dressing Mix; form into 24, 4-ounce patties. Set aside.

2. In small bowl, combine Prepared Hidden Valley Origional Ranch Dressing Mix and KC Master Barbecue Sauce; set aside.

3. To serve: Grill 1 patty to desired doneness. Just before patty is cooked, top wih 1 cheese slice and 2 bacon strips. Spread both top and bottoms of each bun with 1 tablespoon ranch/barbecue sauce.

4. Place 1 leaf, 2 tomato slices and 1-onion slice on bun bottom. Top with patty; cover with top bun. Continue grilling patties and making all Cheeseburgers.
