Peanut Butter Cookies:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix well shortening, peanut butter, sugars and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet; press with fork criss-cross. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20-minutes.

Goodie Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, unsalted
12-oz. chococlate chips
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 cup finely crushed pecans (blender)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
12-oz. butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons coconut
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter. Mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press evenly into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle on chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Mix milk, coconut and pecans, pour on chips.
Bake at 350F. until set, about 20-minutes. Cut while warm, but let cool completely before removing from pan.
