7 Up Cake:
You will need:
2 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 cup 7Up
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring

1/2 cup cake batter
1-1/2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
2 cups baker's coconut
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon vanilla
Coat 2-9-inch cake pans with butter and flour. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, flour, 7Up and flavoring.
Place all but 1/2 cup of batter in pans; if you need it for the frosting, recipe follows. ) If you want to use another frosting, then just use all the batter for the cake.
