Butterfinger Dessert

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
4 bars Butterfinger candy, crushed
1 quart vanilla ice cream
2 packages vanilla instant pudding
2 cups warm skim milk
Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix together graham crackers, saltine crackers, sugar, melted butter and Butterfingers candy.

Press into a 13x 9-inch pan and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine instant pudding mixes with milk and beat on high with an electric mixer until thickened.

Add 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream. Spread on cooled crumbs and freeze. When ready to serve, spread with Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with candy bar crumbs.
