3 cups coleslaw blend
3 tbsp chopped green onion
1 11oz can mexicorn, drained
1 11oz can mandarin oranges, drained
DRESSING:
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
In large bowl, mix salad ingredients until well blended. Add dressing to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
