Tuna Cakes

2 cans tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 6oz pack stove top stuffing for chicken
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
¾ cup water
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Shape tuna mixture into patties. Heat large skillet over medium heat, when hot add 3 tbs oil and patties cook 3 minutes on each side or until well browned on both sides.
