butter2 cups sugar
6 eggs
14 oz vanilla wafers, crushed
1 tsp vanilla
9 oz coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
½ cup milk
Preheat oven to 300°. Blend butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beat well after each egg.
Add crushed vanilla wafers alternately with ½ cup milk. Add coconut and pecans. Pour into a
greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1½ hours, cool for 15 minutes before serving.
