Cookies and Cream Dessert

2 cups oreo cookies--(24)
1/3 cup marg. melted
combine and press into 13x9 cake pan--refrigerate
filling
2 (8pz) softened cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1 tblsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup cool whip
beat cream cheese until light and fluffy--gradually add sugar and vanilla--blend well--fold in cool whip and some crushed cookies--spoon onto crust and refrigerate over night--
very rich soo small slices would be fine
