Let's Get This Party Started

So I am going to start with a Pizza. When I came home from the hospital I had know appetite at all. So I had to start from the begining. I started with Pizza and I also had food allergies. I am allergic to milk and milk products except butter. So here is what I came up with.

You can make your Pizza dough, or use your bread of choice. But remember that you have try to keep it under 300 miligrams.
Once you have settled on your dough now let's get started.

Your choice on the sauce.
I like mine without it.
NowI use rice or veggie mozzerella
Chop some onions, your call on the onions
You can use mushrooms
Chop some tomatoes
Chop some garlic
Sprinkle some italian seasoning
Some olive oil
And bake at 350
Now you can add more on the Pizza if you want like olives, peppers, have a ball.
