The day after Valentines day I got what I thought was a virus. It wasn't, it
was pneumonia, which because of over the counter meds and not things that
blended well with hypertension. That caused me to have a stroke. So having
been healthy all my life and taking herbs and vitamins I have now embarked on
writing and researching cooking healthy for stroke victims. So I have recipes
and cookbooks.
