Creamy Mustard Pork Chops Menu for 4

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops
Egg noodles
Your favorite steamed vegetable
Chunky applesauce topped with cinnamon

The Recipes

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops
From Campbell's Kitchen
Serves 4

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

SPRINKLE chops with lemon pepper seasoning. Heat butter in skillet. Cook chops 10 min. or until browned.
ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until chops are done. Sprinkle with parsley.
TIP: Boneless pork chops can be cut from a boneless pork loin roast

Serve with egg noodles and your favorite steamed vegetable.

For dessert serve chunky applesauce topped with cinnamon.
