Hamburger (or Nilgai) Soup

1 pound ground hamburger or Nilgai, browned
2 14.5 ounce cans chopped tomatoes
1 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies (original)
2 19 ounce cans Progresso Minestrone soup (do not substitute brand!)
2 15 ounce cans Ranch beans (original)

In a large pot, brown the meat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer till hot. I simmer about 30 minutes because my husband likes it thicker. Once it is hot, I simmer on 1 or 2 on my electric burner. Be careful it does not burn.

I serve with corn muffins made from the Jiffy Corn Muffin mix (I did say fast and easy). For butter lovers, try a foreign brand of goat's butter on the muffins.
