A journey turned adventure, that's the best way to describe our
mission to create a meal using local ingredients. We hit a few dead ends, took a
few steps back and had to tone down the idea of creating a lavish gourmet meal.
Cost and quantity were our two main focuses other than the ingredients
themselves. However we came upon a clever compromise of making a light lunch for
anyone who is so daring to sample. The lesson being to give yourself room to
explore where the food that makes up your daily diet comes from,the benefit of
having this knowledge. The fact is that it probably still doesn't taste as sweet
as rhubarb and strawberries covered in honey, but hey knowledge is nutrition for
