THIS CAN TAKE FROM 2 HOURS TO ALL NIGHT IF YOU WANT.NOW TODAY,I ADDED A POUND OF WHITE BEANS INSTEAD OF POTATOES JUST BECAUSE I WAS FEELING LIKE NOT CUTTING UP POTATOES-SO IF YOU LIKE THE TATERS BETTER THAN THE BEANS YOU WILL NEED ABOUT 5 LBS OF POTATOES CUBED. MEANWHILE, SLICE UP THE ONIONS WHILE YOU ARE GETTING A BIG POT SCREAMING HOT- I DO MEAN SCREAMING.GET ABOUT A CUP OF WHOLE GARLIC AND SOME OIL AND ADD TO THE WHITE HOT PAN WITH THE ONIONS SALTING AND PEPPERING AS IF YOU WERE GOING TO EAT JUST THEM WITHOUT THE REST.WHEN THEY HAVE CARMELIZED SLIGHTLY ADD THE POTATOES OR BEANS LET THEM GET COATED IN OIL AND STRAIN YOUR HOT STOCK OVER THEM.NOW LET THAT GO UNTIL THE POTATOES OR BEANS ARE TENDER-CRISP AND ADD YOUR PORK WHICH YOU HAVE CUBED UP.OH CRAP THE GREEN CHILIS!!!!! ADD THEM JULIENNED (I DID 14 TODAY)AFTER THE STOCK.SOMETIMES TO MESS AROUND I WILL ADD ANY OR NONE OF THE LATTER:CUMIN TOMATO CILANTRO CHICKEN STOCK JALAPENOES.GOOD LUCK AND MAY THE FARTS BE WITH YOU.

OGM - did you say peanut butter oreos? Does such a thing exist??? PLEASE tell me it does - that would be heaven. I have yet to see them!
