Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
1 32 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
6 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Pound and flatten each chicken breast. Combine the bread crumbs and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Dredge the chicken in flour, then the eggs, and then the bread crumb/Parmesan cheese mixture.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Brown the chicken quickly on both sides and drain on paper towels.

Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 inch casserole. Cover them with the spaghetti sauce. Place the mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
