Swiss Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 pkg Mr. Dell's hash brown potatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 stick butter

Instructions:
In 9x13 inch casserole, place 1/2 of the potatoes. Spread onions on top, followed by the cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and 4 Tbs. of the butter melted. Follow with the rest of the potatoes. Pour the cream over the top and dot with remaining butter. Sprinkle top with chopped parsley for color if desired. Bake for 1 hour at 350ยบ and let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.

This sounds wonderful!! What size package of hash browns do you use? (I'm not familiar with the brand "Mr. Dell's";)

I don't have a package here at home, but I think it's a 2 lb. bag. I have used other brands too. (Ore-Ida)
