Grecian Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 8 oz package feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnise
1 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp paprika
8 strips of bacon
Greek seasoning (like Cavender's)

Instructions:
With a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each chicken breast. Season all sides with the Greek seasoning.

Combine the spinach, feta cheese, mayonnaise, bread crumbs and garlic. Divide this into fourths, and stuff into the "pocket" in the chicken breasts.

Combine the flour and paprika. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture. Wrap each breast with 2 strips of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.

Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour.
