125gr of oil (sunflower or corn)

powder sugar mixed with vanilla
Stir butter, until it become "foamy".Add yolk and egg, sugar and limun juice, stiring all the time. Now put in the flour and move dough to work board.Knead it good and long (whole taste depend on this). Using your rolling pin, attenuate the dough until it is about half of centimeter thin.In old days, woman used little drinking glasses (ones for cherry or liquer or schnapps) for this...anywas,use whatever mold you want, until is small and round.Flour it a little and cut out little cookies from thined dough.Put them in baking plates (no need for greesing, all do you may,if you want to) and bake them, but be carefull:they should stay lite colored. When they are done, let them cool for few minutes, remove them for baking plates and join them, by two, with jam.Still warm, role them in powder sugar and vanilla.
