Olive Cheese Balls

Advertisement:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 (10.5oz) jar small green olives, no pimentos
drained well



Cream butter and cheese together until smooth. Gradually add flour, salt and paprika and blend well to make dough. Take 1 tsp. of dough and completely wrap around each olive. Freeze on a tray. Transfer frozen balls to plastic bag for freezer storage. To serve: Place frozen olive balls on a cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot
