1 lb hamburger
1 pack taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp water
2 packages crescent rolls
1 med bell pepper
1 cup salsa
3 cups lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook hamburger. Drain then combine hamburger, taco seasoning mix, cheese and water. Unroll crescent dough, separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on a pizza stone with wide ends overlapping around the edge and the points are towards the outside. There should be a 5 inch diameter opening in the center. Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Bring points of triangle up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough. The filling may not be completely covered. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut top off of bell pepper. Discard top and insides. Fill with salsa. Place bell pepper in center of ring and arrange the lettuce and tomato around the bell pepper. Garnish with sour cream.
