Her "Sun" Butter

1 1/2 C. Roasted/Raw Sunflower Seeds

1/2 C. Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Vegetable, etc.)

1 t. Sea Salt (to taste)

2 T. Organic Brown Sugar*

A Blender/Food Processor


Directions:
1. Add Sunflower Seeds to blender
2. Mix Sea salt and Brown Sugar together with the seeds
3. Add Vegetable Oil
4. Set Blender/Food Processor to low, blend for 5 minutes or until creamy or as preferred (chunkier butter requires less blending).

5. Scoop out and place in a resealable container (recycle a butter tin)
Place in the refrigerator, restir if it settles & serve as needed!!
Makes a great substitute for Peanut butter!!!! YuMMMY!

*substitute with honey/maple syrup/agave nectar to taste icon_cool icon_razz
