This and That

Getting rid of leftover curried tuna salad today. Put it on one slice of whole wheat bread with some lettuce.
Decided to try to copycat a salad I had last night at a restaurant. It was a sliced tomato salad with diced onion, crumbled bleu cheese and a mustard vinaigrette served on the side. Since I had a tomato that needed to be used soon, I thought, why not? I sliced the tomato, topped it with some diced red onion and crumbled a Laughing Cow Lite Herb Cheese wedge. I then drizzled over all some Wishbone Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. Very tasty, but should have gotten some bleu cheese. The herbed cheese wedge didn't have the flavor kick the bleu cheese had.
