Tater-Tot Casserole 02-12-12
This dish is SO yummy!!! My Aunt Kim shared this recipe with me, and Kevin and I both loved it--probably a little more than we should have. This is DRIPPING (literally) with cheesy goodness. When we sat down to eat we both just sighed in happiness. Kevin said "I can feel my arteries clogging up--I love it!" Tastes great as leftovers too.
Ingredients: 2 lbs hamburger meat; 1 small chopped onion; 2 cans cream of mushroom soup; 1 pkg shredded Velveeta; 1 pkg frozen tots.
Directions: In a 9x13" baking dish, layer raw meat, onions, season salt to taste, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and then tots on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins.
