A little bit about myself might break the ice...
I am the middle of three kids...all girls. I was always the one that got kicked out of the kitchen whenever anyone was cooking. I asked too many questions, and was always taking samples....not to mention I was the only one that was left handed...MAJOR DANGER with a knife! Anyway, even though no one taught me how to cook, I was still very interested in the process. I started watching the Food Network and other cooking shows...and my addiction was born! I couldn't get enough of them!!!
Sooooo....I was taught how to cook (and quite well, I might add) by the Food Network, and I still watch some of the programming every day. If you haven't had a chance to watch, I highly suggest it. The programs are not only fun and charming, but they are very educational.
