1/3 cup unsalted butter or margarine
One 7 1/2-ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
5 cups crispy rice cereal
Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the Marshmallow Fluff and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the chocolate until melted and blended. Remove from the heat. Add the crispy rice cereal and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press the mixture evenly into the baking pan. Cool completely, then cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes twenty-four 2-inch squares.
