Chicken Pasta Salad6 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
2 small pkgs. rotelle pasta
1 medium can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 apples, peeled, cubed and soaked in pineapple juice
2 cans water chestnuts
1-8 oz. can cashews
2 C. celery, diced
4 green onions, diced
1-8 oz. bottle Kraft coleslaw dressing
1 C. mayonnaise
Lightly toss pasta with all ingredients, except dressing and mayonnaise. Mix coleslaw dressing and mayonnaise together and pour over the salad. Mix, chill and serve. makes about 20 cups.
