Her Cheese cake is so good I seriously think she makes the best cookies ever I
seriously faint when I take a bite I always try to make it for her when it's
Mothers Day so she can eat it in bed, but she always wakes up and comes in the
kitchen and sees what I'm making and laughs because I have cookie dough in my
hair!
My Moms Cheese Cake
2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter
2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press into cheese cake pan. beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla well. pour over graham cracker crust. bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove and let stand for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread mixure over cream cheese layer. Continue baking at 425 for 10 minutes. Cool and Chill throughly. Use whatever topping you like!. ENJOY!!
