Crockpot chicken

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 cans of reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz box of 1/3 fat cream cheese
1 package of italian dressing mix
1.5 cups of brown rice

Put chicken in crockpot. Add both cans of soup and cream cheese cubed. Sprinkle packet of mix over the top. Set crockpot for either 8 or 10 hours. Let cook. About 2 hours till the end add the 1.5 cups of rice. Stir occasionally.
