Freezer Spaghetti Sauce

2 lbs Italian Sausage
2 C onions, chopped
½ C green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced
5- 28 oz. jars or cans of spaghetti sauce

Brown sausage, onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in a large pot. When browned add jars of spaghetti sauce. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring once and awhile. Allow to cool. Freeze sauce in freezer bags. Approximately 36 servings.
