Crockpot Roast Pork and Gravy

Crockpot Roast Pork with Gravy

This was easy and good.

1 pork roast
1 pkt brown gravy mix
1 pkt pork chop seasoning (from a bag-and-bake mix)
1 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Yep, you got it. Throw it in the crockpot and turn it on. Actually, I seared the roast on all sides first.

I cooked it on high about 3 or 4 hours and it was falling apart tender. I thickened the gravy on the stove with a bit of cornstarch. The gravy was absolutely OUTSTANDING and the pork was good.

I served with broccoli and fake-a-tatoes. It went over well.

Did I mention that the gravy was good? MMMMMmmmmmm..... gravy!
