Beefy Salsa Macaroni & Velveeta
1lb ground beef
2 cups salsa
2 cups water
1 7oz box mac'n'cheese
1/4 lb velveeta, cut up
Brown the beef & drain.
Add salsa & water, bring to a boil.
Add in the powdered cheese packet if you like.
Add noodles and simmer till done, about 10 mins.
Stir in cheese until it melts.
Best served with bread of some sort. I served with Mozzarella Garlic Bread, and we liked it. I bet Joe would've liked it just as much with plain bread 'n' butter, though.
Easy to cook, easy to eat. Pretty good for a weeknight.
