S'more Cupcakes

Ingredient list

box of chocolate cake mix & ingredients to prepare cupcakes

cupcake liners

cupcake pan


1 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers

5 tablespoons of melted butter

1 tablespoon of sugar


bag of mini milk chocolate chips

bag of Jumbo puffed marshmallows


-Preheat oven according the cake box instructions for 12 cupcakes

-Line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners and spray top of pan with oil as well so muffin tops don't stick to pan after baking.

-Prepare crushed graham crackers, butter and sugar in a small bowl and mix well

- Using a teaspoon, spoon graham cracker mixture into muffin cups as if making a small pie crust at the bottom of the liner, set aside

- Prepare cake mix according to instructions and pour 1/4 cup portions into cupcake liners on top of graham cracker mix

- Sprinkle 4-5 choc chips in a concentrated bunch on top of each cupcake in the middle ( be sure that you try to keep these together not scattered so they create that goey center)

- Bake according to box and let cool

- Meanwhile preheat your broiler to high

- Top each cupcake with the large marshmallows and broil for 2 minutes
